• You need to inspect the items at the time of
delivery.

• You can return the product you purchased within 14
days from the delivery date, provided that the packaging is intact, undamaged
and unused.

• Returns of product with damaged, opened or
Compromised original packaging will not and accepted.

• Delay in delivery is not a valid reason to return an
order.

• KAIMAKK doesn't accept the return of The Art of Serving Products.

• Ürünlerinizi teslim alırken kontrol etmeniz ve hasarlı olan ürünleri kargo firmasına tutanak ile bildirmenizi rica ederiz.

• Teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde satın almış olduğunuz ürünü ambalajı bozulmamış, tahrip edilmemiş ve kullanılmamış şekilde iade edebilirsiniz. 

• Orijinal ambalajı bozulmuş, açılmış ya da tahrip olmuş ürünlerin iadesi kabul edilmemektir.

• The Art of Serving ürünlerinde iade ve değişim kabul edilmemektedir.
