 Delivery Procedure

Orders placed by 12:00 will be delivered within the next 3 business days.

Your orders will be delivered according to the working hours of the delivery company.

 If, due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, earthquake, flood, fire, epidemic, or other extraordinary circumstances, the product subject to the contract cannot be delivered within the legal 30 (thirty) days, KAIMAKK will notify you of this situation. In such a case, you may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product if available, or wait until the circumstances causing the delay are resolved. If you cancel the order based on this situation, the refund, including all payments collected (including any delivery charges, if applicable), will be made within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date of the refund notification.

In the case of product delivery to the address specified as the delivery address, and if you or the persons at the address are not present to accept the delivery, KAIMAKK will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation arising from the Contract. If there is no one to receive the product at the delivery address, it is your responsibility to contact the courier company to track and arrange the shipment.

 

Product Returns

When the package is delivered to you, if there is any damage to the box, deformation, wetness, or any condition that may damage the product, please open the package with the courier and check the condition of your products. In case of any damage to the products, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier representative to prepare a report.

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

According to the relevant regulations, orders for products prepared according to your requests or personal needs, orders for products that may deteriorate quickly or have an expiration date after delivery, and orders for products where protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and package have been opened after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

In case of return, please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice provided to you or available through our digital channels, stating the reason for the return, the specifications of the product to be returned, and your request.
