- GENERAL TERMS
- Unless the SELLER makes an offer to take back the product, the Consumer must return the product to the SELLER at the product return address specified in Article 1 within 10 days from the date of sending the notification of withdrawal.
- The Consumer is responsible for any changes and damages that may occur if the product is not used in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions during the withdrawal period.
- The Consumer can contact Customer Service Support for all information related to the order, payment, product delivery, and the right of withdrawal.
- The SELLER, if not agreed otherwise, will provide the refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without any legal or penal responsibility, starting from the date of receiving the product(s). If the SELLER and the Consumer agree on the start date of the service, the Consumer can use the right of withdrawal until that date.
- The Consumer must notify the SELLER in writing, by fax, phone, or email within 14 days and return the product(s) unused. The return shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, as specified in the contract.
- The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
- a) Contracts related to goods or services whose prices are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
- b) Contracts related to goods prepared according to the consumer's specifications or personal needs.
- c) Contracts related to the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
ç) Contracts related to the delivery of goods with opened packaging, tape, seal, or package, which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
- d) Contracts related to goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and are inherently inseparable.
- e) Contracts related to books, digital content, and computer consumables presented in a material environment if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.
- f) Contracts related to the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for subscription contracts.
- g) Contracts related to the provision of services for specific dates or periods, such as accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and contracts related to the utilization of free time for entertainment or relaxation purposes.
ğ) Contracts related to services performed instantly in electronic form or contracts related to non-material goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- h) Contracts related to services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
- VALIDITY
This pre-information form is accepted by the Consumer in electronic form. By accepting this form, the Consumer acknowledges that the purpose of the contract is to use the products as an end consumer and not for any commercial or retail purposes.
- DELIVERY
The product will be delivered to the Consumer or the person/organization at the address provided within the specified period, not exceeding 30 days from the order date.
- AUTHORIZED COURT
In case of disputes, the Consumer can apply to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Board or Consumer Court within the limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
